317 NIRANKARI DEVOTEES DONATED BLOOD IN RAIPUR RANI

On July 19, 2015, a blood donation camp was organized by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan Raipur Rani. In all, 317 devotees including 38 ladies donated their blood.

The camp was inaugurated by Smt. Hema Sharma, Additional Deputy Commissioner, Panchkula. She thanked all volunteers and said that by donating blood, there is no change in body or health of any person while blood is helpful in saving others life which is commendable.

Smt. Sharma praised the blood donation camps organized by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation from time to time and contribution of the Mission in various other social services.

On this occasion, Dr B. S. Cheema, Zonal Incharge, Chandigarh thanked Smt. Hema Sharma and said that such volunteer and selfless blood donation is a sign of Oneness of humanity. Dr Cheema said that Satguru Baba Ji gives the message that “Blood should flow in veins instead of drains”. About 7 lakh units of blood have been donated across the country in various blood donation camps organized by the Mission.

A 15-member team headed by Dr Nishant from GMCH-Sector 32, Chandigarh collected the blood. Dr Nishant said that a great service towards humanity is being done here by devotees through voluntary blood donation.

Shri Ram Sarup Walia local Mukhi thanked all donors, devotees and the team of doctors. Shri S. L. Bassi Kshetriya Sanchalak, Panchkula was also present.
