BLOOD DONATION CAMP HELD IN HINGANGHAT

On the occasion of Manav Ekta Diwas, a blood donation camp was organized under the auspices of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation on April 24, 2016 at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Hinganghat in Maharashtra, where 79 devotees voluntarily donated their blood.

A day before, a rally was organized to create awareness about blood donation among masses.

The camp was inaugurated by Adv. Sudhir Kothari, President Nagar Parishad Hinganghat and Krishi Utpanna Bazar Samiti in the presence of Rev Ghanshyamdas Ji local Mukhi. The other guests of honour present on the occasion included: Dr. Ashok Mukhi, Charter President Rotary Club of Hinganghat and Shri Balram Mihani, Branch Manager State Bank of India Nimbha.

Rev Balram Mihani said that the blood donation is a noble medium to establish real Manav Ekta in world. Speaking on the occasion Shri Sudhir Kothari said that blood donation is a sacred and noble cause. He appreciated that Sant Nirankari Mandal is working for social welfare along with Spiritual Awakening and assured to extend every help needed to encourage the Mission’s activities.

Rev Ghanshyamdas Ji thanked all the guests, participants and the doctors and staff of Jawaharlal Nehru Institutes of Medical Sciences, Sawangi (Meghe) and Kasturba Hospital Sewagram who collected the blood. He further said that blood donation camp organized by Sant Nirankari Mandal is a live example of the service of man as worship of God.
