A felicitation programme was organized by the Department of National Blood Transfusion Council, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India on the occasion of World Blood Donor Day – June 14, 2016 at Auditorium PGIMER, Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, New Delhi. The Council had invited Sant Nirankari Mission for felicitation as one of the leading organizations contributing towards voluntary blood donation.

Rev Radhey Shyam Ji, Member Incharge HRD along with Dr. Naresh Arora, Coordinator, Medical Health and Social Welfare attended the event and received the Award of Excellence along with a Certificate. The Certificate and the Award were given by Dr. Prof. Jagdish Prasad, Director General Health Services, Government of India, New Delhi. The activities of the Mission in the field of Voluntary Blood Donation were highly appreciated and applauded.
