105 UNITS OF BLOOD DONATED IN BALAWALA, DEHRADUN

For the first time a blood donation camp was organized in the Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Balawala branch in Dehradun, Uttarakhand on Sunday, June 26, 2016. The devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission participated in the camp with deep spirit of devotion and donated 105 units of blood. Young men and women were seen coming forward with great enthusiasm.

Organized under the auspices of Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, the camp was inaugurated by the Uttarakhand Minister for Tourism, Culture and Youth Welfare, Shri Dinesh Dhanai. Addressing the donors, he said that the donation of blood is the noblest act of service towards humanity. Even science has failed to find a substitute to human blood. He appreciated the Sant Nirankari Mission’s contribution not only in the field of voluntary blood donation but rescue and relief measures during natural calamities also.

Shri Kalam Singh Rawat, Sanyojak Dehradun called upon devotees to attend Satsang regularly. The local Mukhi Smt. Pushpa Bisht thanked the Chief Guest, the local MLA Shri Heera Singh Bisht, the Member of District Panchayat Samiti Smt. Pushpa Bharatwal and other dignitaries.
