132 Devotees Donate Blood in Kharar, Punjab

With the divine blessings of Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj, 132 devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission and other people of the area donated their blood in Kharar in Punjab on March 11, 2018. They included 27 women.

Organized under the auspices of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, the blood donation camp was inaugurated by the Dr. Surinder Singh Medical Superintendent Civil Hospital Kharar. In his inaugural address, Dr. Surinder Singh appreciated the efforts being made by the Foundation for the service of humanity. Speaking on the occasion, Shri K.K. Kashyap, Zonal Incharge Chandigarh said that the donors were inspired by the words of Baba Hardev Singh Ji that blood should flow in veins and not in drains.

The blood was collected by a 10-Member team led by Dr. Roopam from Civil Hospital Mohali and a 12-Member team led by Dr. Surinder Singh from Civil Hospital, Kharar.
