BLOOD DONATION CAMP AT CHANDIGARH

The Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organized a blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Sector 15-D, Chandigarh, on October 4, 2015. The camp was inaugurated by Smt. Joginder Kaur Ji, Member Incharge, Parcharak Training Camps, Seminars and Branch Administration, Sant Nirankari Mandal. In all 334 devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission including 22 women donated blood. A team 20 doctors and nurses from PGIMER, Chandigarh headed by Dr. Puneet Sachdeva conducted the camp.
Speaking on the occasion, Smt. Joginder Kaur Ji stated, “The purpose of the camp is to bring a spirit of brotherhood and strengthen human bonds. The blood donation camps are organised to spread the message of His Holiness Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj that human blood should flow in veins and not in drains”.
Dr. Sachdeva said, “We are thankful to the Mission for organizing such camps on regular intervals as this is how we meet the demand of our patients. Since there is a lurking fear of dengue, it also helps fulfil our need today.”
