Cleanliness Drive in Village, Panchi Gujran and Patti Kalyana

Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation undertook a cleanliness drive in villages Panchi Gujran and Patti Kalyana on 08-01-2017. Both these villages are quite close to the Nirankari Spritual Complex there. Around 700 SNCF Volunteers and 300 Sewadal members in their full attire actively participated in the drive. Sister Bindiya Chhabra ji, the Executive President of Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation was kind enough to be in the villages quite early morning at 7:30 a.m. In both the villages the sewa started after saying prayers and kind address of  Pujya Behen Ji.

In Panchi Gujran, Government Primary School was totally repaired, whitewashed besides thorough cleaning. The entire village was cleaned and the garbage thrown away by trollies. A number of taps were also fitted in all the streets where earlier the water was being wasted away. A medical check-up and health camp was also organized there. With the help of 10 Doctors around 300 patients were checked up and treated. Also free medicines were distributed to the patients.

In Patti Kalyana, buildings and grounds of Government High School, Government Primary School and Primary Health Centre were deeply cleaned besides the main streets of the village where trollies full of garbage were lifted away and thrown. A JCB machine was also put in operation for the job. Cleanliness banners of SNCF were tastefully displayed in both the villages. Both the Sarpanches Sh. Jagdish Kakkar ji and Sh. Anil Chhokar ji and other panchayat members were present throughout the drive. The villagers expressed their regards and gratefullness to  Pujya Behen Bindiya Ji for conducting the cleanliness drive which continued till 4pm.
