241 UNITS OF BLOOD DONATED IN JAIPUR
Jaipur was one of the 79 big cities of the country where a blood donation camp was organised as a part of Manav Ekta Diwas on April 24, 2016. Although 370 men and women offered to donate their blood despite the heat of summer, 241 of them could qualify after the pre-donation test.
Organised under the auspices of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, the camp was inaugurated by Doctor Rachna Narayanan, Incharge Blood Bank, SMS Hospital, Jaipur. Speaking on the occasion she appreciated the contribution of the Mission towards the service of humanity and thanked Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj for the same.
Shri Manohar Lal Chhabra, Sanyojak said that every devotee of the Mission feels motivated by the words of His Holiness that ‘blood should flow in veins and not in drains.’
