375 NIRANKARI DEVOTEES DONATE BLOOD AT ANDHERI IN MUMBAI

On July 20, 2015, 375 Nirankari devotees donated their blood in a Blood Donation Camp organized by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation at Gundavali Municipal School, Andheri (East), Mumbai.

The Blood Bank of Wadia Hospital collected 209 units, V.N.Desai Hospital 85 units and Bhabha Hospital 81 units of blood in this camp.

The camp was inaugurated by Shri Dinesh Sahdev Tarfe, HR Manager of ‘Sakal’ daily in Marathi while Ex-Health Minister of Maharashtra Shri Suresh Shetty visited the camp. Both the dignitaries appreciated the Mission’s selfless and disciplined services towards the welfare of society.

The arrangements were made in the guidance of Shri Sajjan Singh, Sector Sanyojak of Sant Nirankari Mandal, Andheri area with the help of local Nirankari Sewa Dal Unit. Dr. R.S.Yadav, Medical Incharge of SNM, Mumbai and Shri Maruti Kasare, Coordinator played a vital role in the organization of the camp.

A similar camp was organized by SNCF on the same day at Meenatai Thakre Hospital, Nerul wherein 131 Nirankaris donated their blood. A tree plantation drive was also organized by SNCF at Vashi on the same day which was inaugurated by Ex-MP Shri Sanjeev Naik.
