527 UNITS OF BLOOD DONATED IN 2 CAMPS AT DADAR AND ANDHERI IN MUMBAI

In Mumbai, a continued enthusiasm marked the two blood donation camps organized by the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation on consecutive Sundays on July, 17 and 24, 2016, one at Andheri and the other at Dadar, respectively, wherein 527 Nirankaris donated their blood voluntarily.

In the camp at Andheri, Cooper Hospital collected 121 units, V.N. Desai Hospital 104 units and Sant Nirankari Blood Bank collected 83 units of blood. This camp was sponsored by Shri Prashant Lobh, Principal of Gundavali Municipal School, Andheri.

In the camp at Dadar, St. George Hospital collected 81 units, while Wadia Hospital and SNBB both collected 69 units each. This camp was inaugurated by local MLA Shri Kalidas Kolambkar. Shri Sunil More, local Corporator, Shri Shintre, Principal of Kirti College and Shri Wakhare, Senior Police Inspector of Bhoiwada Police Station visited the camp.

Amongst the office bearers of Sant Nirankari Mandal Shri Prakash Joshi, Shri Satbir Singh, Dr. R.S. Yadav and Dr. Panchal were present on the occasion. Local Unit of Sant Nirankari Sewa Dal made necessary arrangements for these camps.
