Service to humanity has always been an important mode of expression of man’s devotion to God. Guided by the same spirit, around 270 volunteers of the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation, Sant Nirankari Sewa Dal members and other devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission led by Holy Sister Rev Mohini Ahuja Ji, Zonal Incharge Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, participated in the campaign ‘Swachh Rail – Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ organized on February 13, 2016.
As a part of the campaign, Hyderabad, Secunderabad and Begumpet stations their platforms, parking areas, reservation offices, parcel offices, foot over bridges and surrounding areas were cleaned by the volunteers.
The railway authorities and their senior officials were very much impressed by the overwhelming response by volunteers. They appreciated their quality of work and spirit of discipline and dedication.
