DADAR, MUMBAI CENTRAL AND CST CLEANED, 7th PHASE IN CLEANLINESS DRIVE

On Saturday April 9, 2016, 46 Railway Stations nationwide witnessed a large turn-out of Nirankaris, who came forward, prayed and cleaned up effectively.
In Mumbai, around 3000 volunteers of Sant Nirankari Sewadal and Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation moved to Dadar, Mumbai Central and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus with the requisite equipments and materials to clean and maintain those very stations which they had earlier adopted on October 2, 2015 with delightful enthusiasm and devotion.
Before beginning the cleanliness drive, they prayed to the Formless God—Nirankar to invoke His blessings for the spirit of selfless-service to Humanity. This nationwide campaign was in the 7th Phase and conducted with participation of over 20,000 devotees of the Mission. The Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation adopted these Railway Stations for cleanliness under the ‘Swachh Rail – Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ on October 2, 2015. Since then the Mission and its devotees have not looked back and are moving ahead towards successful culmination of the yearlong campaign.
Amongst the Railway Authorities who visited the venue were Shri Parvez Khan ACM, Shri Billimoria, Station Master at Dadar and Shri Mukesh Singh, Station Master at Mumbai Central Station.
Amongst the office bearers of Sant Nirankari Mandal (Mumbai Zone) present were Shri Ramesh Bamne, Shri Dinesh Yadav, Shri Shankar Sonawane, Shri Jiti Anand, Shri Rama Shankar, Shri Shashikant Parab at CST; Shri Prakash Joshi, Shri Komal Mohite at Mumbai Central; Shri Shambhunath Tiwari, Shri Vivek Singh, Shri Mohan Gundu, Shri Babubhai Panchal, Shri Mukund Dave at Dadar.
