A massive cleanliness drive was organized by the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation at the sacred Sangam in Allahabad on May 27, 2017. During the 2-hour campaign, around 300 devotees of the Sant Nirankari Mission removed all kinds of garbage from the banks of the Sangam and collected the same at one place. Later on it was removed by the Municipal Corporation vehicles.

The campaign was appreciated by Shri Puneet Shukla Ji, ADM and Shri Ashish Mishra Ji, SDM. Shri Shukla said that no cleanliness drive can succeed without public participation and cooperation. He thanked the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation for taking the initiative to keep this sacred place clean.
