Blood Donation Camp Held in Samba in J & K

With the divine blessings of Her Holiness Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj, Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organized a Voluntary Blood Donation Camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Samba in Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday, August 20, 2017 where 150 blood units were collected. Donors from Branches Ramgarh, Ghagwal and Rajpura also participated in this camp. The blood collecting team came from Govt. Medical College, Jammu, Indian Red Cross Society & JKSACS.

 

The camp was inaugurated by Dr. D K Manyal, MLA Samba. Speaking on the occasion, he said that blood donation is a need of time and applauded the efforts of Sant Nirankari Mission and congratulated all the donors. Other dignitaries present in the camp were Wasim Shri Raja, Additional District Magistrate Samba, Dr. Lubna, GMC Jammu, Dr R K Samyal CMO Samba, Dr. Rajkumar, Shri Yashpal Kundal Ex Minister J&k Govt., Shri Som Nath Ex MLA Samba, Shri Ved Prakash Executive Engineer, Shri Bodh Raj Sanchalak Sewadal and several prominent senior citizens of the town.

 

While Rev Ajit Singh Zonal Incharge highlighted the message of the Mission. Rev K.C. Bhagat, Sanyojak, Samba, thanked all the guests, volunteers of the Mission and Media persons for their support.

 

Earlier on August 19, a massive Bike Rally to create awareness on blood donation was held in Samba covering all major parts of the town.
