SNCF organizes International Day of Yoga on 21st June, 2018

International Day of Yoga was organized by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation on 21st June, 2018 in 24 different cities across India. The cities are Allahabad, Agra, Bangalore, Bhilwara, Bhopal, Chandigarh, Delhi, Dehradun, Haridwar, Indore, Jabalpur, Kanpur, Ludhiana, Mathura, Mumbai, Muzaffar Nagar, Nagpur, Panchkula, Pune, Rishikesh, Shimla, Silliguri, Udaipur and Vadodara. Reports have been received from all these centers where yogic exercises were performed by around 200-300 persons per centre between 5:30 am to 7:00 am.

The main programme was held at Nirankari Sarovar, Delhi where more than 600 persons performed yogic exercises. Besides regular exercises, the laughter Yoga was also performed which was liked by the participants as well as the spectators. Trained Yoga teachers from Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan and Hansya Yog Kendra narrated the health benefits of all the asans/exercises to the participants.

At the end Rev C. L. Gulati Ji, Secretary, Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation thanked all the participants and the trainers. During his brief speech he tried to strike a balance between the physical and spiritual health of the society. Rev. Narender Mama Ji, Rev. Behan Raj Mami Ji, Rev. S L Khurana Ji, Rev. J S Khurana Ji, Rev. C L. Gulati Ji, Rev. O P Nirankari Ji and Rev. S. C. Talus Ji were present.
