A cleanliness drive was conducted by the Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation at Ernakulam Railway Station on April 9, 2016, where hundreds of Nirankari devotees participated under the guidance of Rev Dileep Gaikwad, Zonal Incharge. Rev Yamuna Balachandran and other Sewadal Adhikaris were present during the operation.

Devotees cleaned all the platforms, reservation counters, parking area and the lawns as well.

The drive was inaugurated by Dr. Rajesh Chandran, South Railway Area Manager. He said that Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation is the only voluntary organization who are participating in ‘Swachh Rail – Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ at such a large scale. He also expressed his views about the inner cleanliness of mind by removing the pollution of hatred and other negative feelings.

Rev Dileep Gaikwad Ji appreciated the Sewadal members and volunteers for their enthusiastic devotion and dedication during the drive.
