On August 21, 2016, Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organized a voluntarily blood donation camp at Sant Nirankari Satsang Bhawan, Samba in J&K.

The Camp was inaugurated by Dr. D.K. Manyal Hon’ble MLA Samba. While speaking on the occasion he congratulated blood donors for their priceless contribution for humanity and appealed to all come forward for this noble cause.

Other dignitaries present on the occasion included Shri B. R. Kundal Ex MLA Samba, Shri Somnath Ex MLA Samba, Dr. Ritka, Dr. Nissar from blood bank Jammu, Dr. M L Menia and several prominent citizens of the town.

Shri Ajit Singh Ji, Zonal Incharge Jammu presided over the function. In his address he said that it is due to blessings of Her Holiness Satguru Mata Savinder Hardev Ji Maharaj that saints are happily donating the blood for the welfare of the society. He also highlighted the message of Baba Hardev Singh Ji that “blood should flow in veins and not in drains”. In the end he thanked all the prominent citizens and the blood collecting teams.

The camp was held in collaboration with Indian Red Cross Society, Blood Bank GMC Jammu and JKSACS.
