SNCF donates 656 Units of Blood at Mohali, Punjab

With the kind blessings of Her Holiness Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj, Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation organized a Blood Donation Camp at Mohali on 5th August, 2018 where 656 Units of Blood was donated. The Blood Collecting Teams came from PGI under the leadership of Dr. Ashish Jain Ji, Addl. Professor, Sector 16 General Hospital with Dr. Simar Jit Kaur Ji and Civil Hospital Mohali with Dr. Mandeep Aulakh Ji. The donors came from Saidpur, Kharar and Mohali areas.

The camp was inaugurated by Dr. Karnesh Sharma Ji, IAS, Director, Local Self Government, Punjab. In his address, Shri Sharma commended the excellent job being done my Sant Nirankari Mission in the field of blood donation. Shri Balbir Singh Sidhhu Ji, Cabinet Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Labor, Punjab, termed blood donation as the most superior donation which Sant Nirankari Mission is regularly doing. He appealed the audience to donate blood heartily.

Rev. K.K Kashyap Ji, Zonal Incharge, Chandigarh received and welcomed all the guests and donors. He recalled the words of Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj that donating blood is a great service to the humanity. His Holiness Baba Ji inaugurated the first Blood Donation Camp in 1986 by donating blood himself and right since then the devotees are donating blood as part of their duty. As on date more than 9.9 Lakhs of blood units have been donated by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation.

The camp was well managed by SNCF Volunteers and Sewadal. Rev. Dr. Jatinder Kaur Cheema Ji, Sanyojak Mohali, Rev. Atam Prakash Ji, Kshetriya Sanchalak and Rev. K. A. Garg Ji, Sanchalak thanked all the donors, guests, medical team and all others for their valuable support and guidance.
