SNCF organized Mega Cleanliness and Tree Plantation Drives at 1320 Government Hospitals Pan India
Brand Ambassador of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation had organized Mega Cleanliness and Tree Plantation Drives Pan India on 23rd February 2020 covering Government Hospitals. The Drive focused on the cleanliness of the compounds, toilets, drainage/water areas and parks of 1320 Hospitals with the help of about 3.5 lakh volunteers, sewadal and active members of the Sant Nirankari Mission.
In National Capital Delhi the 13 hospitals covered are : 1. Dr. Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital; 2. Safdarjung Hospital; 3. Dr. Baba Saheb Ambedkar Hospital; 4. Jag Pravesh Chandra Hospital; 5. Lok Nayak Jai Prakash Narayan Hospital; 6. Dr. Hedgewar Aarogya Sansthan; 7. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Hospital, 8. Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital, 9. Deep Chand Bandhu Hospital, 10. Sanjay Gandhi Hospital and 11. Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, 12. Primary Health Centre, Mehraulli, 13. Health & Training Centre, Nazafgarh. In addition to this many Public Parks were cleaned in this cleanliness drive from 08:00 am to 1:00 pm .
It is worth mentioning that cleanliness and tree plantation drives by the Foundation have been taken up since 2003 to commemorate the Birthday of Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj. From 2010, the campaigns have been carried on by undertaking various socio-charitable activities like cleanliness of historic monuments, beaches and river banks, hospitals, public places and particularly major railway stations pan India continuously for 6-7 years. This has been highly appreciated by the public and the Govt. of India.
To implement its motto, “Life gets a meaning, if it is lived for others,” Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation is guided by the vision of Nirankari Baba Hardev Singh Ji Maharaj that, “Pollution within or without is harmful”. With the guidance and blessings of Her Holiness Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj all the socio-charitable activities of the Foundation are carried out regularly for pro-bono-publico.
